Team 238 welcomes high-school aged students throughout the Manchester School District at Manchester Memorial High School. As members of team 238, students learn critical life and career skills including project management, time management, team dynamics, compromise, risk management, and public speaking.

The team also includes a number of mentors to help students develop the skills needed to compete in a technical and business environment. These mentors are engineers and industry professionals from local companies.
